What does Tuff mean?
A slang adjective describing someone as unfortunate, rugged, or rough.
Other definitions of Tuff:
- A shortening of "tough", originally describing strong or resistant, the term can now describe something cool or awesome.
- Something cool, hot, or legit. Used by the Greaser characters from S. E. Hinton's novel The Outsiders.
