What does Cringy mean?
Refers to the state of making other cringe by demonstrating embarrassing behavior.
Other definitions of Cringy:
- Used to describe awkward actions in which the offender does not perceive themselves as embarrassing.
- Shockingly hard to watch behavior, because the people involved do not understand how embarrassing they are.
- A term that grew in the late 2010s on the internet that describes behaviors, often recorded as pictures or video, that are shared online so that others can revel in how disgustingly embarrassing someone is acting.
