What does Cap mean?
A slang term for lie. Popularized in the 2010s on Twitter and the Hip-hop community.
Other definitions of Cap:
- A lie or non-truth. Supposedly originated from the 1940s slang for "top or max" or to surpass and slowly transformed into exaggerating.
- Upper limit, like in salary cap.
- A fib or lie.

Cap:
