What does Badass mean?
A slang reference to a very cool person, usually exceptionally tough and rugged.
Other definitions of Badass:
- A term for a smooth, cool-headed person that gets it done. Originated in the 1950's, when "bad" started meaning "good".
- A cool mother-f-er who doesn't back down.
- A very cool person. Bad means cool here, and ass is employed much like it would be in "smart-ass".
