What does Boof mean?
A slang term for inserting alcohol or drugs into the rectum which is thought to have higher absorption rates than ingesting normally.
Other definitions of Boof:
- A catch-all term for a negative association with a person or object. Similar to whack.
- Any potent weed that is strong enough, when smoked, to knock you out.
